Terms and Conditions
Key Deposit: £100/100€ refunded within 2 weeks after your holiday. Departure is between 9.00 am -10.00 am. Clients wishing to leave outside this time should inform the site agent to make alternative arrangements.
Cleaning: 25€ cleaning/preparation charge payable on arrival.The cleaning fee covers light cleaning only. If a deep clean is required once guests have left the holiday house or professional cleaning of any kind is required a further £30/€40 will be deducted from your security deposit.
Pets: Unfortunately we are not able to welcome pets at the holiday house at Le Domaine as the house is so close to farmland.
BBQ: Please only use the BBQ equipment provided and not after 10.00 pm.
Optional Extras: Towels - 7€ per person (includes bath and hand towel) payable on arrival .Bedding - 9€ per bed (please bring own linen for cot).
Refunds: If we cancel, your refund is limited to the amount you have paid.
Countryside: Vains is in the countryside. You should be aware that this can mean all types of flora and fauna are present.
Payment: You must pay 25% at the time of booking. The remainder is due 6 weeks before arrival. If you book your holiday less than 6 weeks before arrival you must pay the full amount at the time of booking. The contract you will be sent when we
receive your 25% deposit will confirm your booking in writing and receipt your payment. We will confirm your accommodation and details of anything else you have requested (sheets, towels, baby cot ,etc). When your final payment is paid we will issue a receipt and send directions and check-in arrangements - it is important that we know your arrival and departure times, your crossing or flight details would also be helpful.
Cancellation: If you cancel your booking, or we have to cancel it because you have not paid promptly, you will have to pay a cancellation charge. This charge is the 25% deposit if you cancel more than 6 weeks before arrival. Less than 6 weeks before arrival the charge is a percentage of the total cost of the holiday. For cancellation: 35 - 41 days before arrival: 60% 28 - 34 days before arrival : 70% 14 - 27 days before arrival: 90% Fewer than 14 days : 100%
Our Responsibility: We accept responsibility for all the parts of your booking made with us. If any part is not provided as promised, and if this has affected the enjoyment of your holiday we will, at our discretion, pay you appropriate compensation. You are required to give us the opportunity to address your problem while you are still at on site.
Your Responsibility: Any clients who infringe local laws or who upset the enjoyment of other clients may be evicted
from their accommodation and be required to find other accommodation at their own expense.
Surcharge Guarantee: Once you have a confirmed booking we will not increase the price due to currency fluctuations.
Jurisdiction: This contract is covered by the laws of England . No contract is created until the first payment has been made.
If you have a complaint you must tell our on site agent immediately. If we can not resolve your problem on site you must contact us in the UK. If we can not resolve the problem you must write to Normandy Holidays within 21 days of your return.
